This is a very good product and I recommend it to anyone. Before the printshop install I could scan from my 3 in 1 directly into my email, but now I must fi rst scan the image with an image scan wizard on my computer to create a file in downloads and from their attach it in an email. To this point the inter face with my Macbook pro has been seamless, but not flawless. This doesn't produce results like a professional print shop would, but it is easy and acceptable for my purpose. That took some extra time and some experimentation, but I was happy with the results. I also scanned an image from my 3 in 1 printer to use on the back of the business card. To improve the printing resolution on the business card I changed the default setup in the preference menu.
